With over 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Weber brings a wealth of knowledge to Force Development of Tiburon. Having a background in Education mention Mathematics and Physics (ENS, Haiti); Master’s in Databases (FDS, Nice-France); Business Management (Boston Gibbs College). He is passionate about empowering communities through education and sustainable practices. He has worked with various organizations to drive impactful social change. He believes in fostering collaboration and building strong partnerships to amplify
outreach and effectiveness.
Ady Eltime- VICE-CHAIRMAN
Ady Eltime serves as the Vice Chairman of Force Development of Tiburon, bringing over 11 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. With a degree in Culture and Concepts of Antiquity from La Sorbonne University (Paris, France) Anthropology/Sociology from State University of Haiti; Communication-Journalism at ISNAC (Haiti). Ady is dedicated to strategic planning and fostering partnerships that enhance service delivery. Passionate about making a difference, he focusses on guiding the board to ensure sustainable growth and impactful programming, all while championing inclusive practices within the organization.
Frantz Raphael – Secretary
Frantz Raphael serves as the Secretary of Force Development of Tiburon, bringing over 21 years of experience in administrative management and nonprofit governance. With a degree in Education from CREFI University (Haiti); Technical assistance in pharmacy from CSM (Montreal, Canada), Frantz excels in organizing board activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. His attention to detail and commitment to transparency make him a vital link between the board and the community. Passionate about the mission of Force Development of Tiburon, he dedicates his time to fostering collaboration and engagement among all stakeholders.
Patrick Grandoit- Deputy Secretary
Patrick Grandoit is the Deputy Secretary at Force Development of Tiburon, where he plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and organizational efficiency. community development. Holding a degree in Education from College City (Ontario, Canada);
Business administration from UNIKA University (Haiti). Judith is skilled in program evaluation

2 Gregory Raphael
Gregory Raphael is one of the advisors at Force Development of Tiburon, where he leverages

organization’s mission. Holding a degree in Accounting from GOC University (Haiti). With over
7 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Gregory is dedicated to fostering collaboration and
innovation within the team while assisting in strategic planning and implementation of key
initiatives. His strong interpersonal skills enable him to build meaningful partnerships with
stakeholders and community members alike. Passionate about social change, he is committed

Albert Raymond serves as an advisor at Force Development of Tiburon, bringing over a decade
of experience in community development and nonprofit leadership. Having a background in
Diesel Technology from Massasoit Community College (Massachusetts, USA) Knows for his
strategic thinking and collaborative approach, Albert has worked with various organizations to
enhance his programmatic impact and foster community engagement. His insights have been
instrumental in guiding initiatives that address social issues and improve outcomes for

1) Obes Raymond

Dr. Syllas Raphael – Health and Wellness Coordinator

Bretner Raphael - Treasurer
Bretner Raphael is the Treasurer of Force Development of Tiburon, bringing over 10 years of experience in financial management and nonprofit accounting. With a strong background in budgeting and financial analysis, Bretner effectively oversees the organization’s finances, ensuring sound fiscal practices and transparency. Rodnie Desjardins – Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator
